HANS POWERS
president & ceo

Hans Powers has over twenty-five years of experience in the financial services, semiconductor, and export industries, with a focus on analytics, marketing, and business development.

In addition to serving as President & CEO of Marquam Capital, Hans was a partner and Registered Representative of HP Securities Inc., an affiliated FINRA-member broker/dealer from 2010 to 2023, and occasionally offers his consulting services to local companies as they migrate to the public markets.

Hans graduated from Thunderbird- The American Graduate School of International Management with a MBA/IM, and from Portland State University with a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Japanese.

BLAKE GOUD
Chief Compliance officer

Blake Goud has more than fifteen years experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on compliance and values-based finance with a diverse international perspective across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

In addition to serving as Chief Compliance Officer of Marquam Capital, Blake was also a partner and Chief Compliance Officer of HP Securities, Inc. from 2010 to 2023, an affiliated FINRA-member broker/dealer, and occasionally offers his consulting services to local companies as they migrate to the public markets.

Blake is a global expert in Islamic and other values-based areas of finance, with a particular interest in exploring the intersection of Islamic and sustainable, responsible and impact investing.  

He graduated from Reed College with a B.A. in Economics.  

PETER BOZIKOVICH
G.P.

Peter Bozikovich has over forty years of experience in financial services, and is a Registered Representative of HP Securities, Inc., an affiliated FINRA-member broker/dealer. Peter graduated from Portland State University with a B.S. in Business with a minor in Economics. He and has been a registered representative since 1974 and founded HP Securities Inc. in 1993.
